Terms & returns

Orders are confirmed once payment (retail) or the booking amount (trade) is received and stock is checked. Products are sold with a GST invoice. Unopened products in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery; opened professional products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or wrong. Trade bookings are adjusted in the invoice; if an order is cancelled the booking stays as credit, or is refunded on request.
