Where we deliver

We deliver across India. You can also pick up your order from our store in Jalandhar at no charge.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 4 pm on a working day usually leave the same or the next working day. Typical delivery after dispatch:

• Jalandhar: 1–2 days
• Rest of Punjab, Chandigarh and Himachal: 2–3 days
• North India: 3–5 days
• Rest of India: 4–7 days
• North-East and islands: 7–12 days

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged separately from the product price. The charge depends on weight, size and destination, and is confirmed with you before dispatch. Store pickup is free.

Salon and bulk orders

Trade orders can go by courier, road transport or cargo, whichever suits the order best. Freight is charged at actuals and confirmed before dispatch.

Tracking

We share the courier or transport details on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
