Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancelling an order

  • Retail orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. If you have already paid, the full amount is refunded.
  • Trade orders: if an order is cancelled, the booking amount stays as credit for your next order, or is refunded on request.

Returns

  • Unopened products in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used professional products cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged, wrong or expired.
  • If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps), and we will replace it or refund it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (or by UPI for UPI payments) within 5–7 working days of the return reaching us. Shipping charges are refunded only when the mistake was ours.
